- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies hat align with our brand's vision.

- Manage and execute promotional campaigns across various channels, including social media, digital marketing, traditional advertising, and food delivery platforms.

- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to recommend adjustments to marketing strategies and campaigns

- Coordinate with the Operation team to promote seasonal menus, promotions and special events

- Oversee the concepting and developing of marketing materials, ensuring they meet brand standards and communicate our message effectively.

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns, providing analytical insights an recommendations for improvement

- Assist in the planning and managing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact

- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the food and beverage industry and emerging technologies, particularly in Japanese cuisine, to identify new marketing opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Advertising or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment of multinational languages and cultures.
