Jobs Description

  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performance sales team that exceeds targets and goals on a regular basis.
  • Work closely with the CEO to establish effective sales targets, strategies, and action plans for the entire Sales Department.
  • Set individual sales targets with team members and hold them accountable to achieve their targets by ensuring they have the necessary training, tools, and techniques to meet targets.
  • Ensure that every member of the sales team confidently follows the company sales process with every customer they engage with.
  • Conduct dynamic staff meetings, both in a group and 1:1 format, for ongoing coaching, development, feedback, and correction.
  • Model expert sales techniques to the team and take the lead to onboard new sales consultants through robust and dynamic training.
  • Join in sales calls with sales consultants and customers to observe and provide feedback to each sales consultant.
  • Help struggling sales consultants to close deals by meeting with customers, overcoming objections, finding solutions, and adding additional incentives to help the customer decide to buy.
  • Ensure all sales consultants are using the CRM (customer relationship management) tool effectively and accurately.
  • Ensure all sales consultants are maximizing their time at work by spending their time prospecting for new customers, following up with leads, or meeting with customers in person.
  • Recruit, grow, and support and effective network of independent sales agents.
  • Ensure sales consultants create and use their own personal business plan for achieving success as a sales consultant, and that they practice their plan.

Jobs Requirement

  • 3-5 years of successful sales leadership experience is preferred
  • 3-5 years in real estate sales experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in English
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills; written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to be a part of a dynamic leadership team
  • Khmer national, or fluent in Khmer
