• Oversees and ensures the timely and effective completion of the budget development process
• Drives the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks

management

• Retains constant awareness of the company’s financial position and acts to prevent the problem
• Facilitate the process of reviewing and developing SFOP, coordinates systems, and procedure to ensure efficient finance functions operation
• Sets targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel

(management accountants, internal auditor, etc.)

• Oversees all audit and internal control operations
• Conducts profit and costs analysis
• Conducts analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executive
• Evaluate investments
• Ensure all accounting activities and audits comply with financial regulations
• Develops secure procedures to maintain confidential information
• Prepare company payroll
• Develops the corporate fundraising strategy and manage the relationship with partners and

investors

• Prepares timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly, and

annual basis

• Manage team performance, coaching mentoring, and retaining to ensure work effectiveness
• Perform other tasks assigned by VP-Finance

• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Essential 7 years of previous experience in similar relevant jobs
• Computer Skills: MS. Office, Email, Internet, any application system
• Good writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Good command of communication in English in spoken & written
