Jobs Description

1. Procurement Process Management:

-Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services.

-Process purchase orders and requisitions for supplies, equipment, and services.

-Ensure all procurement activities comply with organizational policies and procedures.

2.Supplier Management:

-Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.

-Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.

-Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and resolve any issues or disputes that arise.

3.Market Analysis and Research:

-Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing structures, and availability of goods and services.

-Evaluate market conditions and trends to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.

4.Cost Management:

-Monitor and analyze procurement costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.

-Prepare and manage the procurement budget.

-Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.

5.Documentation and Reporting:

-Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance.

-Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.

-Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.

6.Risk Management:

-Identify and mitigate risks related to procurement activities.

-Develop and implement strategies to manage supply chain risks, including supplier default and quality

issues.

7.Cross-functional Collaboration:

-Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and logistics, to understand and meet

their procurement needs.

-Support the development of procurement policies and procedures in collaboration with relevant

departments.

8.Compliance and Ethics:

- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

-Stay updated on industry regulations, company policies, and best practices in procurement.

Jobs Requirement

➢Languages: Fluent in at least 2 of the following; KHMER, ENGLISH, CHINESE Additionally languages or fluency

in all 3 are major plus points. **

➢Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience related field knowledge of Purchasing supplier chain.

Skills and Competencies:

-Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.

-Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and procurement software.

-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
