-Coordinate with Cluster Finance and BD Team to Assist Country General Manager in the area of business performance analysis, data preparation and consolidation.

-To provide action-oriented business information to assist the management team in making the right operational and financial decisions

-Seek opportunities for simplification and improvements of processes and procedures within

accounting/finance and BD

-Prepare, consolidate data, key in order and sales in each forecast cycle

-Consolidate key finds on business, channel performance and challenges during business

review.

-Provide data for sales incentive calculation to Cluster BD team.

-Update daily, weekly, monthly order and sale progress

-Support credit (A/R) in coordination of cash collection

-Manage in AP posting, A reconciliation and release payment to vendor.

-Provide entry and review PL, BS during month end closing.

-Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, yearly tax returns.

-Prepare and submit other external reports as per Government's requirement.

-Ensure all compliance of KIC and follow up on internal audit recommendation

-Perform other tasks as assigned by the management

-Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting (MA in Finance, ACCA or CPA a plus)

-Minimum 3- 5 years relevant working experience.

-Excellent in Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint

-ERP system experience: SAP

-Proven ability to communicate with management across all functions

-Preferable with work experience as senior auditors or audit manager in audit firm

-Business Understanding: Electrical business environment, conducting business under branch

setup

-Fluent in spoken and written English.
