-Receive and review/check purchase requisitions from all departments that are approved

-Source quotation and compare quotation summary (Raw Materials and Spare Parts)

-Ask management for approval on purchase orders

-Scan purchase orders and drop them into Procurement Group

-Check goods receive noted, invoice to clear payment process with Account Payable

-Record PO# Inv# for submitting to Account Payable

-Follow up Account Payable to release payment to suppliers on times

-Order and track the orders making sure they will be delivered on time

-Record data and file documents

-Other tasks assigned by management

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance

-1 to 2 years of experience in purchasing and procurement

-Has experience using SAP system is required

-Proficient in Microsoft Office

-Proficient in English (verbal and non-verbal)
