-Responsible for troubleshooting of elevator and escalator issues.

-Be the reference as Technical Expert in the organization by continuously learning

and keeping up-to-date Technical Knowledges about elevator and/or escalator

activities. Pass necessary technical certifications in relation with the different

product lines and methods.

-Support other departments with technical knowledge transfer (training, on the job

support). Roll out Technical Training Plan to field operation.

-Ensure technical problem analysis and problem solving.

-Propose technical improvement.

-Deliver engineering assignment for quality improvement.

-Ensure the regular inspection (CPSI) of equipment in compliance with Schindler

requirement.

-Actively demonstrate Safety behavior and act as a role model for field operations

-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical are preferable)

-1-5 years’ experience in troubleshooting of elevator and escalator issues

-Problem solving, people and achievement orientation competency

-Presentation skill and positive attitude

-For Schindler employees: CPSI certification and/or certified as Green belt or

above

-First experience in technical position in installation or maintenance/repair of

elevator and escalators

-Good command in English and Khmer

-Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point.

-Mobile Application.

-Should be ready to travel to customers’ location in Phnom Penh and in other

cities in Cambodia
