Jobs Description

1. Designing and implementing C&B Policy / C&B Project

 Business development responsibilities for the other service-intensive logistic

 Participate in compensation surveys and to analyze the internal benchmark levels in partnership with

Regional and local HR team.

 Provide market trends and suggestions for management decisions: salary increase budget planning, wage negotiation, labor cost budgeting, new programs launching on top of existing program improvement, etc

 Partner with HRBPs on communication to enhance understanding of the company's benefits package,

compensation, and merit process.

 Design of pay level and pay mix, Determine by job analysis and evaluation.

 Compensation strategy decision regarding pay level (total earnings generated) and pay mix (relative

proportion of fixed pay and variable pay) are both vital in sales compensation plan.


2. Benefit Management

 Develops and monitor the annual budget in personnel costs and headcount plan.

 Guide and train managers & employees to conduct performance management process and to ensure they

are rewarded based on their performance.

 Analyze legislative, economic and competitive trends in compensation and benefits and identify the

company’s position against the market.

 Participate in compensation and benefits surveys, review benchmarks annually to ensure market competitiveness and prepares and analyzes survey data.

 Perform a consultative role to line managers regarding compensation and benefit programs, policies and

processes.

 Design, recommend and implement benefit programs (Medical Enhancement, Car Policy, Insurance, Long

service award, etc.)


3. Strategic Planning and HR Operations

Responsible for compensation decisions related to cost, direction and operations.

 Applies advanced subject matter knowledge in solving common and complex business/technical issues.

Prepares and updates relevant Rewards and all HR policies.

 Conduct risk management on labor issue and propose solution related to Rewards matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

 Analyze the current benefits, evaluating the usage, services, coverage, effectiveness, cost, plan experience,

and competitive trends in benefits programs and identify the company's stance.

 Develop an understanding and keep up to date on industry trends.

 Complete compensation and benefit surveys and review information obtained from the results. Analyze complex information.

 Forecast trends and assist with future compensation or benefit designs. Develop specific recommendations for review by management.

 Monitor administrative costs of benefit programs and recommend cost containment strategies including alternative methods for administration and funding.

 Prepare budgetary recommendations and assist in the monitoring, verifying and reconciling of budgeted funds.

 Partner with HRBPs on communication to enhance understanding of the company's benefits package,

compensation, and merit process.

 Lead and guide market HR operation team to ensure high-level of service quality while maintaining data integrity.


4. Labor cost and Headcount budget planning, reporting and analysis

Lead and report Market Headcount and labor cost budget process by collaborating regional office, BU/Function, HRBP and Finance
