Jobs Description

 Oversee HR operation and each functions, Recruitment & TAC, C&B, L&D and Administration.

 Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.

 Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.

 Assisting managers with staff requirements.

 Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.

 Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.

 Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.

 Support HRM to develop and update HR Policies, internal and administrative rules, work process and guidelines to ensure the effective function of the department.

 Make sure the implementation of HR policies, rule and regulation and procedure to ensure they are correctly practiced for the whole company.

 Perform HR & Admin task such as payroll activity, staff training and development, motivation, employee engagement and job analysis.

 Record employee database and compile statistic report regarding personnel related data such as hiring, transfer, warning, termination and absenteeism.

 Prepare staff benefits, employment contract, personnel file and related file documents.

 Perform public relation functions and organize event of company.

 Support HRM to deliver company achievement by following HR objective.

 Other task assigned by HRM.

Jobs Requirement

 Minimum bachelor's degree in management/ business administration/human resources

 A minimum of 1- or 2-years working experiences in HR field (Operation or construction)

 Proven to work independent, less supervision and be able to work under pressure- Quick learner, dynamic, team spirit and flexible

 Strong leadership, creative with innovation- Strong analytical and project management skills

 Confident and dynamic personality

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills

 Excellent Problem analysis and solving skills

 Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively.

 Good English communication skills

 Computer literacy in Microsoft office, internet and email.


Working Days and Hours

 Monday to Friday: 08:00 am to 12:00 pm & 01:30 pm to 05:30 pm

 Saturday: 08 am to 12:00 pm (Flexible)

 Lunch time: 12:00 pm to 01:30 pm
