• Oversee preventive maintenance services for equipment under warranty and service agreements.
• Assign and monitor engineers for repairs and troubleshooting at customer sites or workshops.
• Prepare and review monthly reports for vendors.
• Support and communicate with vendors regarding equipment and troubleshooting.
• Plan and assign engineers for inspections, deliveries, and installations of new equipment.
• Develop and provide technical training to engineers.
• Attend and assign engineers to service training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Provide remote or on-site support to engineers and assist with service inquiries and spare parts requests.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronic, Mechanic, Technical Engineering, or equivalent degree

Minimum experience is 3-year in medical field or related industry.

Maintenance and servicing for all kind of equipment.

Willing to travel frequently based on job requirements.

High commitment to complete job and works overtime.

Good at time-management, prioritization, interpersonal and communication skill
