Responsibilities

• Control Document and other safety materiel for project team

• Collecting timesheet and key- in to system

• Record Leaves report (annual leave, sick leave, etc…)

• Support team claim travel expense, medical insurance, any expense on business

purpose etc.…

• Travel arrangement both local and oversea (flights, hotels, pickups, etc…)

• Support project team on requesting material, cash advance claim, and other

stationary.

• Support project team on communication and

• Working with Purchasing team and finance team for requesting and submit invoice.

• Request and Prepare invoice claim to Finance.

• Prepare supporting documents for project handover certificate…

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree

Professional skills

• Good organization.

• Has communication skill.

• Teamwork

Professional experience

• 1 year experience in similar position is an advantage

Languages

• Good command of English (spoken & written)

• Khmer

• Good command of computer skills: Microsoft Office
