KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Handle Tour Operation & Quotation based on in-charged
• Implement Tour Product Development Plan and Tour Product Update Timely
• Handle MICE, VIP, and other special requirement tours in assigned Destination
• Work with all lands/suppliers to have a competitive cost advantage, and good terms and conditions.
• Conduct Tour Product Training (destination lead, Tour Center, TL & Event & Marketing Team)
• Participate in tour inspection trip
• Deal with Problems in Operation destination
• Develop and maintain Good relationships with Suppliers (Lands and airlines)     
• Compile Weekly Tour Quotations & Monthly Tour Cost Report
• Perform required duties from Managers/Lead Manager

REQUIREMENTSJOB

(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.)

• BBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a related field
• Essential 3 years of experience in tour operation
• Good command of communication in both Khmer and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proven ability to demonstrate leadership and management skills,
• Proven ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously,
• Demonstration of a high level of integrity and professionalism,
