Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop sales opportunities with prospective customers and maintain good relationship with existing customers

2. Execute actionable plan to identify and develop high potential customers and follow up skillfully by understanding

3. Visit customer sites with or without other employees, and confidently provide technical presentations to individuals

4. Collect market information/trends actively and report timely to superiors and peers for further decision making

5. Handle customer complaints promptly to the mutual satisfaction of customer and company

6. Make a sales plan (Budget/Target) and follow up the plan to achieve NP / GP according to the target

7. Estimated quantity of products from customers to order products from the factory.

1. Bachelor degree or higher degree of Food Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Financial, and Management o

2. Not specific gender

3. Age : 35 and up

4. Have driving License

Experience

1. Have Experiences of sales Food Service channel (hotel, catering, chain restaurant) more than 12 years

2. Manage team with size more than 5 persons and be a manager role for more than 3 years.

Personal Qualities and Skills

1. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

2. Customer-oriented, flexible, and collaborative personality with global working experience

3. Experience of handling commercial activities, as compiling contracts and agreements

4. Proficient using Microsoft applications with the advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

5. Excellence customer relationship skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels

6. Good command of spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
