1- Ensures that installation projects are completed within time frame and achieving company’s standard and clients’ needs.

a. Coordinate the work progress between Sub-contractor and Quality Foremen and T&C engineers.

b. Purchase the Local material and coordinate work with supplier.

c. Organize and follow-up all local logistic (on site deliveries, Off-site storage, etc.)

d. Communicate On site activities to the Client and Main-contractor

e. Ensure proper records/ archives of all communications between Schindler, Client and Main-contractor.

2. Monitors Projects to ensure that the Company’s safety regulation is met.

a. Lead the Weekly Safety Tool Box chat with Quality Foremen and Sub-contractor.

b. Carry out Safety Inspection and Safety walk on a regular basis (bi-weekly.)

c. Keep well-organized record of Safety activities of each Project Actors (PM, QF, etc.)

d. Follows strictly the safety rules in accordance to the company policy.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Has knowledge in Commercial and financial concept

with technical understanding of elevator and escalator engineering

- Flexibility, good communication and human relations skills, Good organization skills, Strong Initiative skills, Safety

oriented.

- Pre-existing experience in Construction business as Project Engineer

- Good command of English

- Khmer (spoken and written), Chinese or Vietnamese a plus

- Experience using, MS Office, Windows and emails.
