- Coordinate with customers and SSC on regular basic to investigate billing related issues as well as to get

confirmation from customers..

- Coordinate with SSC to make sure that the Spot Rate and Dummy Account are cleared, prior to printing

invoice (weekly & monthly).

- Handle special billing such as Global Mail, H&M, re-invoice verification.

- Provide special billing information & report to the external customer and ensure the requests by customers

are met.

- Raise adjustment form to SSC for Finance department and SSC.

- Input the information of DTP shipment into excel file and send to SSC for uploading into system.

- Make sure that document and necessary paper-works are scanned into the CIA

- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager

- Bachelor Degree in Finance or relevant field of study is required.

- Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.

- Good computer skill (Ms.Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)

- Communication skill and sound numerical skill

- Technical skill (computerized billing systems)

- One year of experience in related capacity.

- Smart, flexible and able to work under pressure
