- To organize and lead technicians to operate services for customers following hospitality service of our standard.

- To ensure high productivity operation, manage leave plan, and PDCA principle.

- To cooperate and lead technicians to follow 100% of Standard Operation Procedure

- To support technicians to analyze the vehicle problems and dispatch to the right person to conduct the repair.

- To conduct quality control for all points of repair done before delivery to customers.

- To manage workshop and surrounding area by following 5S and safety guideline to make sure zero accident in working place.

- To cooperate and share technical knowledge with service advisors for better explanation to customers.

- To organize and monitor to maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report to Manager for additional required tools and

equipment.

- To report to Manager about accident case and find out countermeasure to avoid repeated or new accident.

- To follow Standard Operation Procedure or guideline of each job to ensure good jobs quality and safety purpose

- To communicate to Customer Service Distributor in case of technical support inquiry and fulfill other KPI requested by Customer Service

Distributor.

- To manage labor resources for each job to ensure high productivity.

- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

- Master diagnosis level/ Engineering degree in Automotive or equivalent

- Good teamwork and clear communication with stakeholders

- Good at problem solving and analytical skills

- Be able to read and write in English and able to understand repair manual or technical trip

- Strong leadership skills and initiative in work

- Strong time management and result-oriented toward the job
