• Reviewing commercial terms & conditions of client’s contract and support to sales team in minimizing the commercial risk for the business in-take

• Conduct internal costs reviews for large orders to ensure that the project is executed according to project time line & costs incurred are within or below plan costs, which includes reviews with Project teams

• Closely monitor on the financial performance of the projects and prepare and pursue with extension of time and/or monetary claims whenever is necessary

• Prepare progress claim and valuation of variations, negotiate with client and settle on the final account

• Ensure timely billing to maintain positive cash-flow for the project

• Support the tender review and execution of contract documentation process

• Ensures compliance to internal controls & integrity of data;

• Implement processes to improve Service levels & Clients’ (Internal & External) satisfaction whilst still satisfying the company’s guidelines &

policies

• Experience in Commercial Terms and Conditions review and familiar with international standard form of construction contracts

• Ability to be personable and tenacious;

• High level of professional integrity is required

• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Legal Studies and/or relevant Engineering/ Business Management discipline

• Good communication, Outstanding time management and organization

• 1-2 years of experience with contract management, bid management, financial analysis role and communication skill

• Proficiency in both Khmer and English languages (Chinese proficiency preferred)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint
