• Developing and assisting in the delivery of cost-effective site maintenance plans.

• Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.

• Designing preventive maintenance programs.

• Designing and updating all needed processes and procedures and ensuring implementation.

• Developing and implementing condition and predictive maintenance policies.

• Handling the training and development needs of new hires and existing staff.

• Managing pre schedule training program to the customer.

• Adhering to safety regulations.

• Performing human resource responsibilities.

• Collaborate with management for preparation of on-call schedule.

• Coordinate after hours emergency crews and work as required.

• Assessing risks.

• Monitoring and managing expenditure and controlling budgets for maintenance.

• Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.

• Managing maintenance facilities.

• Audit and implement policies/procedure and maintenance levels in the content processing department. This will also include warehousing/

storage of all contents.

• Audit all personnel uniform requirements and needs.

• Flexible to meet changing needs.

• Carrying out operations and maintenance reviews to the agreed standard (international, country, organization, project).

• Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.

• Advising of changes in maintenance techniques that may be beneficial in terms of improved service levels or provide cost reduction.

• Checking electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.

• Maintaining all machinery to ensure it is at working standards.

• Monitoring and overseeing equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.

• Manage fleet vehicles: monthly vehicle inspections, fuel consumption, GPS Tracking, proper cleanliness, record monthly kms on pool vehicles,

budget maintenance and/or replacement of vehicle fleet, approve vehicle repairs and direct assignments.

• Being responsible for negotiating for maintenance contracts and managing the selected contractors to achieve the program.

• Managing relationships with contractors and service providers.

• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (Custodians, Building Superintendents etc.).

• Represent maintenance interests in meetings.

• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Jobs Requirement

• Proven experience as maintenance operations manager or other managerial roles in a mid-large organization that maintain both software and outdoor equipment.

• Experience in planning maintenance operations.

• Knowledge in engineering and Life Cycle Costs calculation – advantage.

• Working knowledge of facilities, machines and equipment.

• Solid understanding of operations and technical aspects (Engineering, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, manufacturing and logistics, product introduction etc.), financial and analytical skills

• Experience in progress monitoring alongside a delivery program.

• Fluency in English.

• Driving license – advantage.

• Independent and individual abilities, able to work well under pressure.

• Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations.

• Solution orientated used in fast-track environments.

• Ability to keep track of and report on activity.

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; Ability to work and to deal with different

cultures. .
