- Assist the Project Manager or Project Leader in the daily execution of work.

- Supervise the work of contractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

- Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines.

- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.

- Communicate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved.

- Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to project leader.

- Manage and maintain construction site documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress reports.

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction and escalate issues to project managers when necessary.

- Ensure that construction site is clean, organized, and free of hazards.

- Train and mentor junior staff members and provide performance feedback as needed.

- Assisting project managers with planning work activities

- Completing site reports and other records

- Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

- Supervise & lead all maintenance work

- Respond to emergency call for maintenance purpose

- At least 2 years professional experience in a comparable activity

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Competency in time management

- Outstanding leadership skills

- Good knowledge of English, Auto-CAD, MS-Project, Microsoft office
