Jobs Description

  • Responsible for achieving and delivering the Branch's business and sales target assigned by Head Office.
  • Supervises and monitors all issues of Customer Service of the Bank in the branch. Manages quantity of Loans by instructing ROs/RMs to book loans as per their target plan.
  • Human resource management in the branch & Solve complaint from internal and external customers.
  • Prepares strategies for ROs/RMs and Deposit team to do marketing to achieve the budget plan.
  • Provides training to ROs/RMs and deposit team in connection with leap/deposit and others commercial bank products marketing.
  • Supervises quality of Loans by instructing ROs/RM s and cooperate with Recovery Department to follow up the overdue loan clients and solve the NPL loans.
  • Proactively plan, execute and implement sales activities and monitor sales performance daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly to ensure business targets are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Develop the branch team, ensuring high staff competency, good staff discipline, good staff relations and team work in the branch.
  • Initiate action plans and seek out customers for loans, deposits and other services of the Bank.
  • Monitoring branch sale targets to ensure the branch achieved target plan
  • Authorize submission of processed loan applications for approval& sign overall transaction document under approval limit arising at branch.
  • Visit and follow up on potential customers and find new customers
  • Weekly and monthly meeting with staff about branch’s business situation
  • Control and approve on daily operation according to authorization limit
  • Check daily report: cash report, deposit balance, loan outstanding balance
  • Cash vault opening & checking in the morning and evening &Cash vault checking and perform monthly surprise cash count.
  • Planned, organized, directed, and controlled the operations and administration of the branch with the discretion necessary
  •  to fulfil the Bank's goals, policies, guidelines, and instructions set by the Head Office and the National Bank of Cambodia.
  • Others tasks assigned by Chief Operating Officer and top management of the Bank.

Jobs Requirement


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Banking /Management or related fields.
  • At least 5+ years’ of Branch Manager in commercial bank is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Branch Operations.
  • Good understanding of all related requirement regulations from government bodies.
  • Possess ability in problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Be initiative, flexible, and having good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a team - leadership skill
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Good command of English both written and spoken
