Jobs Description

Developing/update and implement Credit Screening Management Policies & Guidelines;
Reviewing and approving or disapproving for Loan within Limited;
Reviewing all loan for higher level for credit committee approval;
Diligently perform the leading role in risk assessment for loan ,risk rating documentation and remedial management policies;
Diligently perform risk monitoring , risk analysis, and reporting activities against each risky transaction and to keep the control limited of the bank’s portfolio;
Assigns responsibility for investigating and verifying financial status and reputation of prospective customers applying for credit,
preparing documents to substantiate findings, and recommending rejection or approval of credit applications;
Performing these function professionally, conservatively , rendering independent and prudent judgment,
while observing the code of conduct of the bank and taking responsibilities for valuations made;
Establish credit limits on customer accounts and monitor accounts based on current financial information, business history and current credit reports
Interacting with internal staff with respect to contract and credit and collections issues
Performing credit checks on prospective and existing clients
Manage company credit exposure to assigned account base to minimize bad debt
Visiting burrow’s business and property and assist relationship team to preparing loan memo for BOD’s Approval;
Controlling and Following up marketing department call memo and annual review;
Other task with required by management

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor Degree in Finance & Banking /Management or related fields.
At least 5+ years’ of Credit Management in commercial bank is preferred.
Strong knowledge and experience of establishing Credit Procedure, Guidelines, and Policies.
Good understanding of all related requirement regulations from government bodies.
Possess ability in problem solving and negotiation skills;
Be initiative, flexible, and having good interpersonal skills;
Ability to work as a team - leadership skill;
Attentions to detail and accuracy;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken;
Good command of English both written and spoken;
