Jobs Description

  • Leads the Marketing department, oversees all activities of Marketing team to ensuring proper execution of company plan to deliver objectives.
  • Supervises Marketing personnel and ensures accurate execution of their duties. Acts as a mentor to key managers and talents to encourage their professional growth, and to ready them for the succession of higher positions in the future.
  • Assists Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of Brand Plan and long-term strategy in order to maximize brand performance, brand share, market share, revenue and profitability growth; and spearheads the roll-out-strategy of new expansion along with Sales and Operation teams.
  • Leads the creation of Brand guideline, assets, briefs creatives and sources marketing service providers and resources.
  • Coordinates the creation of thematic Social Media contents and initiating content marketing campaigns to reach targets
  • Builds the business proposal of partnerships for branding and acquisition through affiliate and short-term promotional events
  • Optimizes existing growing channels and continuously tests new and crazy campaigns to uncover untapped acquisition
  • Manages Marketing budget processes and produces cycle calendar, brand reports, market intelligent reports in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Additionally, plays a leading role in the optimization of Marketing management systems and processes. Handles end to end projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of Annual and Seasonal Marketing strategy, plan and launch campaigns.
  • Drives the development of Above-The-Line and Below-The-Line marketing programs to achieve maximum brand awareness, leverage brand imagery, brand visibility and acquisition within approved budget and timeline.
  • Executes, monitors, tracks, optimizes, and evaluates cycle activities and marketing campaigns to propose improvement plans and execution to deliver company plan objectives.
  • Monitors, tracks, and analyses online marketing performance that is KPI driven (Knowledge and Experience in social paid, search marketing, and SEO are required)
  • Evaluate and analyses market dynamics, communication channels and key touchpoint performance in order to provide recommendations and solutions to further enhance Marketing performance. This includes a detailed understanding of customer behavior, utilizing and recommending appropriate market information tools and research to assist in implementing strategy.
  • Works closely with other departments to deliver objectives as plan and foster strong teamwork spirit.
  • Works closely across functions and with leadership team to drive Offline and Online Marketing initiatives
  • Establishes close working relationships with strategic partners and Marketing agencies in order to gain high levels of support and loyalty whilst enhancing understanding of the trading environment and industry dynamics.
  • Collaborates with relevant stakeholders in ensuring accurate representation and maintaining high level of business integrity in the industry by ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policy.
  • Provides Marketing information and reports on performance to ensure that the Chief Operating Officer,Leadership Team and relevant team members are fully informed at all times and take appropriate response actions on a timely basis.
  • Understand the market, where we can meet our potential target, acquire new customers, meet business, and grow predefined KPIs
  • Keeps the Marketing team abreast of changes in the industry inclusive of trade and marketing legislations, and regulations and ensures that all Marketing transactions across the business are in legal compliance.
  • Conducts research and identifies opportunities for businesses to continue raising the bar of performance.


Jobs Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably Tourism and Hospitality Management. The equivalent of the same in practical experience is also acceptable.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in relevant fields
  • The candidate will also be better suited with experience in travel industry.
  • Possess good computer skill, being proficient in Digital Social Apps, Ms Excel, Ms Outlook, and PowerPoint, which will all be necessary for the effective performance of the creation of reports, proposals and recommendations.
  • Strategic thinking, effective in handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines, be results and detail oriented, be self-starter, be proactive, going beyond the call of duty, be a person of high integrity, be comfortable working in a highly collaborative setting, has an ability to learn and adapt quickly, has exceptionally good problem-solving skills, be an outspoken and comfortable in dealing with partners.
  • Exceptionally good leadership in both people and strategic skill, portraying an ability to influence a cross-functional teams and senior leadership teams as well as stakeholders in a unified direction and with common vision.
