* Position Summary:

“Business Relations Manager”

is a crucial role within our organization. This role encompasses various

responsibilities that contribute to the growth and success of the

company.

This position plays a pivotal role in driving business growth, fostering

program awareness, and ensuring service quality control. The Manager is responsible for strategizing, implementing, and overseeing initiatives that support these objectives.

As the Business Development, Awareness Program, and Service Quality Control Manager, you will be tasked with the following key responsibilities:

1. Business Development: You will be responsible for identifying and

pursuing new business opportunities to expand our company's reach

and revenue streams. This involves conducting market research,

analyzing industry trends, and developing strategic partnerships. You

will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute

growth strategies, including marketing campaigns, sales initiatives,

and client relationship management.

- Led project study for baseline data for investment, the company won the bid, developed a master plan for collection routes, number of

trucks, human resources, equipment, and others for the company to

start operation and submit to the government.


2. Program Awareness: You will play a crucial role in increasing

program awareness, both internally and externally. This includes

creating and implementing marketing and communication strategies

to promote our programs, services, and initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams to develop educational materials, organize events, and utilize digital platforms to enhance program visibility and drive

engagement.

- Integrate and formulate waste management policy and procedures for the internal team and support the operation team in implementing the project efficiency and effectively.

- Developed proposal and budgeting for awareness program to get approval from City Hall.

- Delivering training to local government officers, communities, households, and students. Preparing project evaluation progress, interim progress report, and completion report.

- Engaging private sector, influencers in resilient waste management.


3. Service Quality Control: Monitoring and maintaining service quality is a vital aspect of this role. You will be responsible for defining service quality standards, developing quality control processes, and conducting regular audits and assessments. You will work closely with team leaders and frontline staff to ensure adherence to quality guidelines, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures.

- Develop key actions to control service quality to meet the KPI of city hall. Develop GPI control center and field team to sufficient service provision and update collection routes to summit to authorities.


4. Project management and collaboration: Meeting with relevant ministries and departments for company projects. Work closely with partners for new projects of waste management, and requirements and find solutions to improve waste management of 5 districts of Zone, managing political conflict and building good relationships with competitors.


5. Performance Tracking and Reporting: You will collect and analyze data related to business development, program awareness, and service quality. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives, identify trends, and prepare comprehensive reports for management. These reports will provide insights into the effectiveness of strategies and help inform decision-making processes.


6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaboration is essential in this role as you will work closely with various departments, including operation, operation support, marketing, Maintenance and mechanic, and customer service. You will communicate and align initiatives with these teams to ensure a cohesive approach toward business development, program awareness, and service quality control.


7. Customer Service and communication: Devolve customer relationships management (CRM) platform to meet requirements of customer satisfaction (received reports or complaints by hotline or nature of mouth and feedback to solve complaints), Manage the communication platform of the company (hotline, Facebook, Instagram, telegram and others.,)


8. Recycling project: Study new project for waste recovery and implementation process, marketing of recycled materials, financial analysis, and adjustment to meet profit plan.


9. Extra Service: Study service requirements and provide quotations to customers.

- Daily operation support

- Make monthly reports of awareness activities, hotline, solve complaints, waste depots clearing,

- environment activities and collaborations report to City Hall.

Jobs Requirement

The role of a Business Development, Awareness Program, and Service

quality control Manager requires a combination of skills, knowledge,

and experiences in several areas. Here are the key requirements for this role:

- Recognized college degree or above;

- Minimum 5 years solid experience in Business Development,

Awareness Program, and Service quality control related field (including at least 2 years at manager level);

- Can work with others with respect and a cooperative attitude, understand the team’s target and his/her role to adjust the roles aiming to achieving the team’s target

- Languages: Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and

Khmers

- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using standard office productivity

software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google

Suite.

Knowledge:

- A solid understanding of business development processes and strategies, including market research, lead generation, and partnership

building.

- Knowledge of awareness program development and implementation, including marketing, branding, and communication strategies.

- Understanding of service quality control methodologies, such as defining service standards, measuring performance, and implementing improvement initiatives.

- Knowledge of relevant industries, market trends, and competitors.
