-Coordinate with the related departments in marketing and servicing

the customers.

-To ensure governance of data, the correctness of reporting, alignment of use cases, and promote the use of a data-driven decision-making

process.

-Conduct training on the business process regarding the system

implementation and digital tools to the team as per business needs.

-Provide support to Business Analysts and monitoring and improvement processes.

-Produce and keep track of business performance and key function

performance such as KPI, Incentive, etc.

-Regular update data and related dashboard.

-Bachelor’s degree​ in Auditing, Business Administration, Business

Analysis, Finance, Accounting, or related fields

-At least 2 years’ experience in auditing, financial management,

financial analysis, business analysis, risk management, or business

development.

-Focus and strong communication skills.

-Confident, proactive, flexible, questionable, and teamwork attitude

-Good knowledge of English and Khmer both speaking and writing

-Advance in analysis tools such as MS. Excel, Query, and Power BI.

-Good knowledge of Processes and Systems, and Internet access.
