• Provide guidance and counseling to students who need appropriate resources,

• Service as a primary point of contact for the students,

• Organize new student orientation,

• Prepare and update the student handbook,

• Prepare informational materials for the students,

• Liaise with the Information Office and other departments to provide a comprehensive

guide to the student.

• Authorize on the permission slip,

• Counsel the students academically and behaviorally,

• Seek for first aid training for the officers,

• Refer complaint or suggestion to relative departments,

• Be responsible for Lost and Found,

• Write annual report and submit on time,

• Provide sponsorship to repeaters,

• Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in TESOL, or related field of education; Advanced degree preferred

• Three to five years of experience in a similar position

• Direct experience/knowledge of independent boarding schools preferred

• Knowledge of academic support functions

• Counseling and advising skills

• Management and supervisory skills

• Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative

• Strong interpersonal skills, including an enthusiastic, collaborative approach.

• Must be able to work independently as well as part of the Academic Office team

• Strong organizational skill for multi-tasking and prioritizing responsibilities to manage competing deadlines

• Strong writing and communication skills"
