- Carry out technical training according to organizational requirements (Classroom &

Practical activities).

- Perform on the job training sessions in groups or individually in an everyday operating

workshop environment.

- Produce training schedules and classroom agenda.

- Determine areas of concern to address gaps in technician skillset to meet workshop requirements.

- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)

- Arrange for on-site training using external sources when and if required.

- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.

- Observe and evaluate results of training programs.

- Ensure all registered users are completing STARS online training to meet Ford Standards.

- Ensure all registered users attend Ford provided classroom and practical training as per Ford Curriculum and Ford Standards.

- Associated degree in automotive, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in automotive training, or a related area.

- Advanced level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and

Khmer.

- Oversea travel is required to attend Ford training.
