- Helping Teachers with lesson preparation, including collection material and setting up

equipment

- Reviewing lessons with students on a one-on-one basis or in small groups

- Supervision students in class, between classes and during recreation periods and trips

- Tracking attendance, grading assignments and calculation grades

- Giving extra help to students who need special accommodations or are struggling with a concept

- Assisting students with special learning equipment

- Attending faculty meeting s and parent conferences

- Collaborating with the Teacher to identify students’ issues and recommend solutions

- Observing state, school and class rules and regulations

- Enhancing the school’s reputation by accepting requests and exploring opportunities to

add value to job accomplishment.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Education with experience and training in early childhood education or 3rd - 4th Year University

- Ability to provide dynamic, motivational, learner-centered, interdisciplinary classroom

activities

- Strong ICT skills

- Ability to differentiate lessons to a variety of learning styles and ability levels

- Collaborative planning attitude

- Ability to maintain an appropriate standard of discipline in the classroom

- Ability to show initiative and contribute new ideas
