• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent

• A minimum of two years experience in the role

• Knowledge of Kotlin

• Understanding ofAndroid's design principles and interface guidelines

• Experience with delivering mobile apps to the Google Play Store

• Experience with MVVM architecture

• Experience working with REST and JSON

• Experience with Coroutine, Retrofit, Data Injection, Background Service

• Experience with Memory management

• Experience with Unit Testing (Android UnitTest), MockTest

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

• Experience with Jetpack Compose, Constraint, Custom View

• Experience with Database structure, SQL query, SQLite, Persistence Data, and Local Databases.

• Knowledge of mobile development lifecycle

• Write clean and maintainable codes according to best practices

• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional team to define, design, and ship new features

• Understanding of core mobile constructs such as layouts, views, or services

• Development of multiple form factors such as phones, tablets, and wearables

• Grow and provide SME-level leadership

• Mentor junior to mid-level members of the team

• Own and lead delivery of major components and platform needs in partnership with senior engineers and architects

• Track all work appropriately in JIRAand/orVSTS; suggest new opportunities for driving the organization

• Participate in code reviews with team members and managers

• Implementing multi-device application features as part of an interactive Agile development process

• Taking ownership of projects to ensure their successful completion with respect to deadlines

• Report status to team members and project managers

• Writing coherent, organized code. The ideal candidates must be comfortable working on a

complicated code-base with high levels of abstraction

• Work with your team to determine the best architecture/Solution to a given problem

• Design and implement unit tests.

• Collaborating with quality assurance in developing a test plan to ensure successful deployment of updates

• Set the technical direction for how problems will be tackled, including architectures, libraries, and tools.
