Prior experience as a pastry chef, baker or cake decorator
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including --early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Jobs Requirement

Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in baking and pastry preparation, and designing custom cakes
Awareness of food safety regulations and experience in implementing food safety practices to ensure quality
Prior experience as a pastry chef, baker or cake decorator
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast
paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
A proven track record of creating innovative and visually exciting cake designs with unique flavors and textures
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
