Jobs Description

Oversee the overall operation of the electric vehicle assembly plant. This includes ensuring that production goals are met, that quality standards are maintained, and that plant safety is a top priority.
Develop and implement production plans and schedules. This includes working with engineering, purchasing, and logistics to ensure that the plant has the necessary resources to meet production goals.
Oversee all aspects of production, including quality control, plant safety, and inventory management. This includes ensuring that all products meet quality standards, that the plant is safe for employees, and that inventory levels are adequate to meet production needs.
Manage the plant workforce and ensure that they are properly trained and motivated. This includes developing training programs, providing feedback, and creating a positive work environment.
Work with suppliers to ensure that parts and materials are delivered on time and in the correct quantities. This includes managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Conduct regular audits of the plant to identify and correct any potential problems. This includes reviewing production records, conducting inspections, and meeting with employees to get their feedback.
Represent the plant to other departments and external stakeholders. This includes attending meetings, presenting reports, and responding to inquiries.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in the electric vehicle industry.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
