Manage accounts of the Department (import and export)

-Supervise the communication with shippers, carriers, trucking companies, field operations, network, and sales to secure correct documents and information flow.

- Manage the handling of local traffics in collaboration with the Customer Service / Sales team.

- Manage the handling of routing orders with our worldwide network.

Set-up, Update and follow. up

- Constantly update Customs/Port/Government’s regulations and policies to avoid conflict

during operations.

- Work closely with the suppliers (shipping lines, co-loaders, ground handling agents, trucking

company) to secure the best services level.

- Participate in the set-up the follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity

and transparency.

Control KPI

- Input the required information in an accurately and timely manner into our operations

Software to establish correct documentation and store data.

- Follow-up SEA-FREIGHT team KPIs and maintaining

Optimizes and control the P&L

- Managing operation cost to maximize profitability

- Analyze operations needs and proposes financing plans

- Headcount plans

- At least 3 years' experience in an identical position
