•     Conducting all Quality Assurance activities for the site such as Quality Management System, Process auditing, Pest control analysis, Supplier evaluation, Safety yearly plan, etc.
•     Point of contact with Thai QA team/SL for specific consultation related to new product development, packaging improvement, etc. This is important to ensure smooth launch of new /revisions of product/process in operation
•     Be a team member to ensure GMP, Safety and Quality in the entire factory
•     Keeping an eye on all site QC activities and suggest ways to improve upon the gaps
•     Implement, maintain, & improve quality systems e.g BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade & Gluten free
•     Regular auditing of in-house and outsourced operations (local raw material suppliers) to ensure proper quality
•     Lead & control calibration plan of all critical production equipments directly related to product quality
•     Participating and assisting in all internal and external audits such as BRC, SEDEX, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade, Gluten free, etc.
•     Handling customer interactions appropriately (complaints, questionnaire, etc)
•  Implement, verify and maintain updated factory documentation; Quality manual (QM), Quality procedure (QP), Support document (SD), Work instruction (WI), Form (FM), etc.
•  Other tasks assigned by commander/s

•    Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Argo-industry or related fields.
•     Minimum 3 years of working experience in QA/QC function from Food or related industries.
•    Good understanding of GMP/HACCP/BRC/HALAL certifications.
•     Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking skills) and Computer literacy.
•    Prior experience interacting directly with customer would be beneficial
•     Analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.
•     Ability to work under pressure
•     Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
