1. Design Coordination - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure

MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into the building design. Review and provide input

on design drawings and specifications.

2. Team Management - Lead the MEP team, including MEP engineers, supervisors, and

contractors. Provide guidance and supervision to ensure efficient and high-quality MEP

installations.

3. Quality Assurance - Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure all MEP

work meets industry standards and project specifications.

4. Manage Vendor and Subcontractor - Manage relationships with MEP subcontractors and

vendors. Oversee procurement of MEP materials and equipment.

5. Compliance and Safety - Ensure all MEP work complies with local building codes,

regulations, and safety standards. Implement safety protocols and procedures.

6. Problem Solving - Proactively identify and resolve MEP-related issues or conflicts that

may arise during the construction phase.

7. Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate records of MEP project

documentation, including drawings, change orders, and progress reports.

 Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field.

 8 years of experience in the relevant industry.

 Minimum [3-4] years of experience in MEP management, preferably in high-rise

residential construction.

 Strong knowledge of MEP systems and design principles.

 Familiar with MEP inspection and T&C processes.

 Proven experience in coordinating MEP works on large-scale construction projects.

 Familiarity with fire, electrical and mechanical code, understanding of international code

is a plus.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic construction environment.

 Good communication and leadership skills.
