+ Carry out comprehensive structural, mechanical, and electrical profile design.

+ Estimating costs and quantity take-off measurements according to detailed

construction design drawings.

+ Collaborating with other departments in the process of making estimates, measuring,

and taking off quantities in accordance with design drawings.

+ Managing the team to implement client contracts, Supervise and control the team's

construction quality.

+ Other tasks assigned by Board of Director.

+ Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.

+ Priority is given to having proof of cost estimation and quantity take-off measurements

according to design drawings.

+ Proficient in using estimating software: G8, F1, Eta, Accitt, Delta and work-related software:

Revit, 3D Max, Sketchup, AutoCAD, ...

+ Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar position
