- Maintain and ensure the update information correctly enabling the company information system to run smoothly

- Support the logistics operation and co-ordinate with regional and local IT in order to get the Principals and users the required information

- Coordinate with finance and supply chain for vendor set up as needed

- Coordinate with Principals and SC team for material information collection

- Create, maintain, and update material on SAP for existing and new Principals within 3 working days upon receipt

- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure complete data of new material: weight & dimension

- PIR set-up, Upload price and costing

- Work with RIT for material master related projects implementation & update

- Monitor the material master accuracy for ZIP insider data analysis and coordinate with SFE team

- Ensure material master accuracy to support SFE related systems: ZIP insider, eZRx 

- Coordinate with RIT to set up the Product Hierarchy and MRP controller for the new client set up

- Participate in Test Cycles and User Acceptance Testing sessions for process enhancements to ensure data accuracy

- Other duties as assigned by SC department

- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical affairs or related field.

- Bachelor degree in any field

- SAP previous experience is a must

- Basic computer skills and system SAP

- Previous experience in IT, SC

- Shows strong attention to details and accuracy of the data between all stakeholders

- Professional English speaking and writing skills
