• Oversee the planning and implementation of business plans of new markets.

• Oversee the sales and marketing functions of the businesses to maximize returns and expand the business brands.

• Meetings with customers to deliver sales and conduct sales of products and services of the clinic and medical center.

• Conduct market research to identify developments/changes in industry trends in order to make necessary adjustments.

• Establish strategic partnership with other companies to leverage on their network.

• Review current approach to business development and make changes where necessary.

• Ensure business processes and standards are in accordance with regulations and policies set by appropriate authorities.

• Set and enforce customer service standards to ensure clients are satisfied with received products/services.

• Conduct negotiations to determine contract terms and ensure profitable deals.

• Oversee the interviewing, recruitment, and training of business development personnel.

• Represent President or the Founder, Chairman and CEO to attend event, workshop and conference as required.

• Other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

• Master's degree in business administration, sales or marketing, or related fields.

• Knowledge or experience in business development in a hospital or medical center.

• Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Exceptional leadership and management skills.

• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

• Detail-oriented and persuasive.
