• Illustrate and develop the business plan,

associated budgets and sales strategies.

• Optimize new and existing business opportunities

to ensure business growth in line with the F&B

strategic plan.

• Search for new and potential forwarder and

service provider/ broker then discuss with

manager and BOD to find new products/services.

• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales

strategies/models, and evaluate their

effectiveness.

• Develop and manage on operation of their focused

area.

• Work closely with marketing department to develop

and implement sales/promotional activities, and

monitor the effectiveness of the marketing

campaign.

+ Public Relation:

• Represent as a company’s brand ambassador in

negotiating terms and conditions with prospective

partners.

• Understand and meet the needs of our potential

partners and build a trusting relationship to

ensure smooth work with partners.

+ Other Tasks:

• Exceed sales targets & performance-based goals

while working independently.

• Well co-ordinate with Operation team, Sales team

& invoicing team & daily / weekly/ monthly

report. to make sure whole process is properly

followed

• Follow up working guideline given by head of

department.

• Report special cases/ troubles and work result to

head of department and BOD.

• At least 2 Years of working experience in the

related field is required for this position

• Bachelor degree in business management,

marketing, economics or related fields

• Good at English (Reading & Writing), business

level in communication.

• Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power

Point).

• Strong interpersonal skills, including flexible,

determined, communication, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure with strong

problem-solving skills and excellent team work

• Willing to work inside and outside the office, and different office hours.
