- Provide clinical care; physical examinations of students & staff including; general medical assessments and nursing care etc.

- Provide screening and referral for health conditions.

- Provide workshop on healthcare to students, teachers and staff.

- Maintain and update medical records of students and staff on the school database.

- Serves as a liaison between school personnel, family, community and health care providers.

- Plan teacher/nurse or parent /nurse conferences as required.

- Promotes a healthy school environment.

- Provide screening and referral for health conditions.

- Oversee medication administration and health care procedures.

- Welcome and build good rapport with students and parents.

- Work effectively and harmoniously with other teachers and staff.

- Patrol duty before class, break time and after class.

- Join other school events and activities.

- Cooperate with teacher assistant to ensure the student personal hygiene and grooming.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Position requires:
