Jobs Description

- Responsible for accurate move in and out often ants

- Be available to deal with escalated callers and tenants and answer questions in regard

to a day’s daily activity;

- Communicate with other team such as house keeping, maintenance, Officer and IT in

regards any issues.

- Key Result Areas:

1. Able to complete the tasks as requested on times

2. Able to give tenants clear instruction of services included and excluded

3. Responsible for tenants’ complaints and solve it promptly and effectively

4. To assists other teams’ members on fulfilling the job scope assigned for tenants.

* Detailed Job Description:

1. Responsible for accurate move in and out often ants;

2. Handle requests from tenants as they come in and showing tenant show to use some

applications in the rooms;

3. Have good judgment or discernment on the phones when talking to tenants when it

comes tourniquet requests;

4. Communicate with other team such as housekeeping, maintenance, Officer and IT in

regards any issues.

5.Receive complains/requests from tenants and ensure that all information is properly

recorded;

6. Other tasks assigned by Customer Service Supervisor;

7. Be on call in case of emergencies.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business communication, public relation, English literacy

or equivalent;

- Minimum 1-year experience in customer services and help desk capacity preferred;

- Good English& Chinese Mandarin communication skill (Written & Verbal); Good

understanding in computer skill.

- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays subject to

rotund a willingness to extend of change hours and days of work from time to time upon

request and subject to operational requirements.

* Specific language Skill, if needed:

- Khmer, English and Mandarin

* Essential Requirements:

• Presentable

• Proven strong organizational and leadership skills

• Excellent Customer Care

• Good at computer skills

* Special Skills Required, if any:

• Able to multi task and act to request a short notice
