• Collaborate with lead engineer, business analysts, and project managers to gather and understand business requirements and objectives.

• Design end-to-end solutions that align with the organization's architecture principles, standards, and best practices.

• Provide estimate effort and resource for the proposed solution to stakeholders

• Architect and develop high-level solution designs, including system components, interfaces, and integration points with a scalable, high-quality & high-performance web and mobile applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and operations, to ensure seamless solution delivery.

• Document the system data flow and system architecture to ensure a sharable knowledge to development team

• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements.

• Provide technical training and mentorship to development teams

• Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, and propose effective solutions.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on the organization's architecture and solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster innovation within the solution architecture practice.

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ System Engineering OR equivalent; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a track record of designing and implementing complex enterprise

solutions.

• 2-5 years of experience in building scalable front and back-end systems. Prior B2B SaaS experience; the manufacturing industry is a plus

• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.

• Proficiency in programming languages and framework: Python, and NodeJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, Typescript, Flutter.

• Experience with cloud technologies and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and technologies, such as REST, SOAP, ESBs, and message queues.

• Familiarity with database technologies, both relational and NoSQL.

• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
