• Coordinate with team tor AP invoices booking in system accurately

• Manage efficiency payment to all local and oversea suppliers

• Manage all staff advance/allowance/claim

• Bank and Petty cash reconciliation

• Work in coordination with external accounting firm to provide any documents for monthly/

yearly tax as require

• Handle with external auditors to completed FS

• Fixed Asset controlling and GL FA reconciliation

• Other GLs reconciliation related

• Perform month end closing monitoring

• Other tasks will assign from time to time

• Follows strictly the safety rules in accordance to the company policy

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Good communication, Outstanding time management and organization
• 2-4 years in accounting area
• Very good command of English, written and spoken
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, CONCUR
