Jobs Description

1. Be a key person in coordinating with departments in the management of work rosters, employee attendance and

overtime request.

2. Check and verify employee attendance generated from fingerprint machine against the work timetables submitted to HR.

3. Investigate and understand causes for staff absences and promptly report to relevant superiors for prompt actions.

4. Record and keep track of leaves taken, leaves entitlement…etc.

5. Record new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases in the HR Tracking System and/or Human Resources Information System.

6. Register new employees with Private Insurance Provider and National Social Security Fund and prepare a monthly

NSSF report.

7. Orient new employees on company compensation and benefits and payroll compliance policies and procedures.

8. Manage all kinds of staff insurance and claim. Act as a contact person for any concern of insurance.

9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Jobs Requirement

_Years of Experience: At least 1 year in attendance management of at least 500 employees with complex work shifts

and another 1 year working relate to HR services.

_Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management and any related fields.

_Essential Skills: Strong with Numbers, Detail-Oriented, Ability to multitasks and meet tight deadlines, Organizational Skills, Good Communication and Problem Solving.

Computer’s program: Microsoft Office Proficiency
