• Works with Operations Manager to provide information on supplier performance and pricing issues recommendation for new suppliers and contract agreements

• Provide ongoing review and control of procurement operations activities

• Responsible for managing the entire supply chain and asset & inventory levels

• Assist with the purchase requisition process

• Develop improvement processes to support the purchasing objectives and efficiencies

• Responsible for managing purchasing vendors with issues and project management

• Follow proper procedures for new and existing vendors creation or updates

• Owns and executes processes through appropriate system application

• Work directly with Account & Finance, Procurement, Vendors and end users to collect necessary documents for New Vendor setups, reactivation and payment sites

• Maintains standard operating procedure, work instruction and work flow documentation for procurement module

• Research and analyze best practices to provide process improvement and issues resolutions

• Provides research reporting when appropriate

• Generate purchasing and procurement reports

• Manages relationships with third-party suppliers

• Document storage and retention of all forms, certificates, correspondence, contracts, reports

• Tasks assigned by operations manager and school principal.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Administration

• Supply Chain Management

• Supplier management knowledge

• Work with the account team and supporting functions

• Experience purchasing commodities such as corrugated packaging, capital equipment, contract services, shipping, supplies pallets.

• Track record of developing and managing relationship with key suppliers’ internal customers

• The position requires excellent customer service, outstanding teamwork, ability to multitask and some project management skills with a pragmatic results
