Jobs Description

• Communicating with stakeholders on monthly Promo and their proposals.

• Work with Agency on new Creative KV, Marketing activation, and Facebook

monthly content.

• Work with suppliers on producing Marketing materials.

• Process office documents such as Invoice, Bank Disbursement, and submitting all

documents to Finance department.

• Regular PO tracking, Budgeting tracking, and Marketing Materials tracking.

• Organizing small Promo such as LSM, Coffee Plus Promo, and monthly Star Mart

Promo.

• Support Brand Supervisor on executing and running marketing programs.

• Marketing support for new company site openings.

• Taking on ad-hoc work from Marketing Sales & Support as and when needed

• Supporting Marketing Sales & Support with loyalty program, including improving

overall value proposition for Coffee Plus.

• Visit stations in Phnom Penh and provinces to check POSM and Marketing

Activation program.

• Translating official government letters and documents from Khmer to English and

vice versa.

• Direct delivery important letters to government offices, Ambassy, and Business

Associations.

• Initiating and supporting Social Investment program in Phnom Penh and

provinces.

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/management/accounting/ or other related fields.

• Experiences at least two years in marketing/ administrative works/purchasing/

accounting.

• Excellent in English (writing, speaking, reading, listening)

• Communicational and interpersonal skills.

• Presentation skill.

• Be punctual, proactive, and accountability.

• Fast learning and open to learn something new.

• Willing to work hard to meet deadline.

• Be flexible and open-minded to receive feedback.

• Ability to work under pressure and dealing with people.

• Willing to travel outside office to stations in Phnom Penh and province to support Marketing Activities.

• Willing to work on weekend and holiday on assigned and urgent tasks.

• Able to be multi-tasking.

• Good knowledge in Microsoft offices, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint. Possess a keen interest and knowledge in new digital media.
