• Travel arrangement (flights, hotels, pickups, etc…)

• Raise purchasing request in system: SAP

• Follow up and collect invoice to finance team

• Key in working time for technical team into system

• Leaves records (holidays, sick, etc…)

• Mails and package (sending, receiving)

• Office furniture, officer inventory stock

• Customer contact (welcome, phone)

• Follows strictly the safety rules in accordance to the company policy

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Have organizational skills

• Flexibility to work with Team.

• Strong communication skills.

• Good command of English (spoken & written)
