Jobs Description

-Provide technical support and direction to the team when required

-Working with other cross-functional groups, identify and implement the product for design optimization based on market & customer requirements and including opportunities for improvement of product and service

-Lead innovative advanced technology that will support the future.

-Comply with all Cambodian laws & regulations with guidelines.

-Planning, execution, monitoring, and improvement

-Manage, delegate, coaching to a team member

-Do regular market research on the products, market, customers, competitors, trends, laws and regulations, and SWOT analysis.

-Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.

-Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.

-Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.

-Keeping customers informed about new technological products.

-Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products.

-Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.

-Reporting to management about sales made.

-Updating records of customer communications and contact information.

Researching and Identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and targeting potential clients.

- looking for contact with prospective customers and clients for their company acting as company representative in trade shows.

- Building and sustaining long- lasting relationships with new and existing customers with an assigned sales territory.

- Meeting with other company manager to ensure that business objectives are being properly executed and are on schedule, keep tracking of communication with clients.

- Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.

- Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to hit target and making sure these targets are realistic and achievable.

- Maintaining record of all lead customers send to line sales team.

- Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with key accounts.

- Report to team for status customers relate to team.

- Another task will be assigned by the manager.
