• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

• Using resources available in the organization to provide first class lifestyle and medical concierge services to elite members.

• You will use your expertise to help our members get the most from their lives, whilst growing our knowledge base and resource pools as we accumulate traction. You will use your research and communication skills to provide personalized solutions to our members request within specified time frames.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

• 2 years of relevant experience in marketing role

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Proficient language skills in Khmer and English both spoken and written (Chinese is a plus)

• A desire to learn new knowledge every day and passionate in providing exceptional services and solutions to customers’ needs.

• Highly self-motivated and can think and work independently with minimal supervisions.

• With a proactive personality and problem-solving mindset that would not easily give up when faced with challenges.

• Welcome and willing to face challenges and difficult tasks.

• Not afraid to ask questions when in doubts.

• Willingness to work overtime when required

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Microsoft Team

• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills

• Excellent in sale forecasting

• Excellent in providing product demonstration and resolving complaint

• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices

Working Condition:

- Working Days: Monday

– Saturday (Half-day)

- Working Hours: 9am – 5pm (Saturday 12pm)
