• A/R ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE

• Prepare customer statements.

• Monitor and supervise invoices and payments.

• Prepare a master report of AR outstanding.

• Monitor income posting in the Accounting system.

• Preparing and monitoring all types of collection reports.

• A/P ACCOUNT PAYABLE

• Preparing accounts payable and records expenses.

• Document financial transactions by entering account information.

• Follow-up requests, payments, reimbursement, etc. of staff, suppliers, and clients

• Create transaction vouchers

• Communicate with the banks on financial transactions, account

updates, credit pieces of advice, statements, etc.

• Support procurement activities and purchases

• PAYROLL

• Prepare and process staff payroll and any benefits

• Good knowledge of budget planning.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

• 2-3 years of related working experience;

• High commitment to result oriented

• Willing to learn and improve

• Provide inspiration and teamwork

• Ability to work under pressure, both independently as well as part of

the team

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English

• Excellent computer skills including MS Excel, and MS Word

• Honest, flexible, committed to deadlines, fast learner, good

communication.

• Working hour : 8am to 5pm
