 Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders

 Prepare accounts payable and receivable both tenant and

stakeholders

 Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial

statements and budget performance

 Process payments made with cash, checks or credit cards

 Take over petty cash fund operation day by day

 Issue invoice for claim from tenant for monthly utilities fee

 Review all cash collection from cashier and others

 Follow up all accounts receivable to Clients

 Ensure that all vouchers are entered timely into QuickBooks so that

financial reports can be compiled on time.

 Assist to Accounting Manager for preparing monthly financial report

 Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required

 Must have at least 1 or more years of experience in accounting or

finance field

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks

 Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills

 Good in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

 Reliable with ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
