- Collect rental fee or other relevant AR

- Bookeeping AR/AP into Quick Book and Accounting System

- Cash Book and Petty cash updating

- Prepare depreciation assets

- AP Reconciliation, Bank Statement and Invoice Statement

- Prepare AR/AP report

- Preparing and Making payments to supplier, staff's salary, clearance,

advance, expense (Bank, Cash, Cheque, TT)

- Closing to post all transactions with QB (Adjust and Accrual)

- Cash count sheet

- Other tasks assigned by Accounting and Finance Manager

- Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting or Finance

- 2 +years accounting experience

- Highly detailed oriented and organized in work

- Ability to meet assigned deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer

service focus Ability to act and operate independently with minimal

daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives

- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of

employees, management, and external agencies to maximize

performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
